All Vendor's Booths will have White Skirting, White Table Toppers, 2 chairs, 1 6 foot table, & Pipe & Drape. You can add accents our Theme "Building Your Dreams" so if you want to wear Tom the tool man clothes and decorate your booth with caution tape we love it. WiFi is FREE for all hotel users, so if you rent a room you will have FREE wiFi use. If you need electric it is only on the wall booths and you will need to bring your own heavy duty cord. No charge. Your breakfasts are included in your hotel room if you are staying at the Mckinley Grand this year. Your lunch Saturday, July 24th, 2010 will be included and your VIP reception food will be included at no charge. 2 tickets with each booth purchased. We limit our vendors space to reserve "The Best of the Best Vendors" at this convention. We are planning a great turn out of attendees and want the best products we can offer. You will have the right to "Order take at all 3 days" but we reserve the right to only "Cash and Carry" Sunday July 25th, 2010 unless you have educational tapes or cd's. This convention is non-union and we have no fee's for dock or shipping. You can ship you products in up to 4 days prior to the show and ship out with your labels the day after the show. Free shuttle service to and from Akron/Canton Airport has been arranged for you call the hotel. Rent your 1 King room or double room for only $99.00@ night includes breakfast. Parking at the hotel is $7.00@ night. If you cancel before the convention no refund will be given due to the advertising has been displayed and ad's running! You may attend any seminar or all seminars and any event during the convention. Exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of injury to persons or damage to premises of McKinley Grand Hotel and agrees to indemnity defend and hold harmless Gift Basket Professional Convention of Tom & Pam Newell. Exhibitor must have his/her own insurance for liability, exhibitor must pay for any damage to the building that he/sh causes and agrees to abide by the rules of the hotel. No exhibitors will be permitted to sublet the whole or part of the space without written permission from "Gift Basket Professional Convention" group in writing. Any left over product or supplies left on premise after the trade-show will cost vendor $300 and you will not be invited back! Exhibit Set up is Friday July 23rd after 9am. Sneak Peak trade-show open 6-8:00pm on Friday.
