All Booths will be in the Ball Room with Pipe and Drape included in your price.
Booth will be 10 foot wide x 7 Foot deep. Includes: 6 foot table plus white skirting & table cloth.
Vendors can attend classes, Lunch will be included Saturday with Attendees, VIP Reception on Friday night & Challenge, Saturday night
 Discussion Group included, and you may cash and carry Sunday afternoon if you like.
VIP Vendor talk will be for Sponsors only.

  • None union Hotel/Convention so unload at door and wheel in
  • Shipping up to 3 days ahead of event
  • UPS pickup after the event if you have shipping labels
  • Free shuttle service from Akron/Canton Airport to hotel if guest
  • Stay at McKinley Grand Hotel for only $99 a night includes your breakfast
  • List after the convention of attendees for follow-up
  • We would love for you to sponsor an event in exchange we would give you a intro spot at the VIP Reception.
  • 10 hours of trade-show plus attend the seminars and get to know your clients
  • FREE Ad placed in the directory if you supply the Ad. (If we design and print extra $150) deadline 6/10/10
  • You can now pay 1/2 of your booth fee as a deposit and 1/2 on May 15, 2010 if you like. No refunds due to advertising! No prepaid checks will be excepted.
  • We will not pay to have your booth cleaned up after you leave. If you leave it a mess or leave items we will charge the fee back to you $300! Please clean up and don't leave us extra items to discard. We will not invite you back if this happens this year!
  • You may take orders at anytime however we reserve Sunday for Cash and Carry.
  • We will place your logo/link on our vendor page as soon as you register for your booth.
  • We can not reserve booth space without payment this year.

  • We can only except 36 (10'x7' single Booths $399.00) in the main Ball Room with Pipe and Drape. Look at booth layout.
  • We can only except 18 (6' table areas = $299.00 our more affordable area) in the state rooms without Pipe and Drape.
